Question about tipping and spa treatments and another question?

I am going to a spa this week and have never been to one. I am getting a pedicure and a spa pedicure done, by the same person. How much should I tip? I am also getting ear candling done, which I have never had before . . .do I tip this person as well???
Also, I am little self conscience about this, yesterday I shaved my legs and had an allergic reaction on one of my legs, as I realized there was something wrong, i did not put anything on my other leg. So my one leg has red spots and inflammed pores, not my whole leg mainly lower and calf area :( . It sucks but I refuse to cancel my appointment as it is a treat on my first day of vacation . . .what should I do :(
Oh ya how much should I tip?
Is $5 for each service ok. so $10 for mani and pedi and $5 for candling????

You do not need to cancel your appt, you should tell them you got razor burn so they can maybe put a soothing lotion on that leg. I would tip between $5 and $10 for the manicure and another $5-$10 for the pedicure depending on how much each cost and how the person did. I would also tip about $10 for the ear candling, how would you like to do that to someone, you would want a nice tip too!

Have fun! and relax.
