bad ear infection with lots of wax as well…ear candling?
i know it sounds really gross, but i have a really bad ear infection that i’m on avelox for, but the dr. also said there is a lot of wax in there. now that the ear infection seems to have cleared up (still have two days left of anti-biotic), i was wonderinig if there is any way to get the wax out without using over-the-counter wax removal solutions. does ear candling work?
Ear candles have been proven useless. The stuff that winds up in them that they say is ear wax is really just from the candles themselves. Look this up on Youtube for lots of proof.
Go back to the Dr. and he’ll remove the wax with a stream of warm water. I have it done all the time.
