How can I unblock my ears?
Ok it started about 4 days ago, first it was my left ear and then it went to both ears. Every morning it becomes more blocked than before. I’ve gone to the chemist and brought ear candles and they work for around 5 minutes then my ears became blocked again. Please help me =(.
By the way, I also have a parcialy blocked nose and had the flu a few days before.
With the case of the ear you just have to wait. the ear has a natural mechanism for migrating wax etc outward so just leave it alone. dont stick ANYthing in there other wise your just pushing it back down again.
If it isn’t painful then disregard the infection comment. It’s just wet wax that is impacted. the wax will become dryer and then migrate outward. PATIENCE!!! no products, not cotton buds, no nothing. PATIENCE. You can massage the soft area on your head behind your ear if you like to loosen the wax. but nothing goes in that ear. You are looking at anything up to 2 weeks for that sh.t to come out.
