Did ear candling/coning help/assist you? aNY FIRST HAND INFO?
I did it and LOVED it……yes it takes the wax out of your ears, but it also helped open up my sinuses………made me feel so much better……..I was sick and so clogged up from my ears to my nose…….
the woman that does mine also uses drop in your ears after wards to help protect them from being too dry or from infection, so for me it was a wonderful experience…..
will do it again and again……..when needed…….
it may effect everyone different…….good luck
