What’s the best way to remove ear wax buildup on your own?
I have a flight tomorrow morning and don’t have time to go to the doctor. I’ve also heard using a q-tip in your ear can be dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing. Is there any kind of spray or anything over the counter that will reduce buildup? Landing won’t be any fun tomorrow if my left ear is still blocked….
You could try a product called Debrox (carbamide peroxide). Just use as directed.
