How much is my lawsuite worth,do i have a case ,and how long (BETTER DISCRIPTION)?
I recently fell in a manhole there was no cone or anything saying that there was a warning of the cap missing. It was night time and hard to see i guess but there is no street lights near it. I live directly across the street (Which i cross everyday) from were i fell so i really wasn’t looking for a manhole cap to be missing it has been a year since it happen .During the year i had to do to therapy(2x a week) for about 7months(my Lawyer set me up with therapy) for my back and ankle and my hospital bill is over $8000.00. Plus whatever therapy cost my i am still having problems with my back and i was out of work for a year and still out of work now but i got to college. Is the city even gonna pay me or am i wasting my time even thinking about? please professional answers
I think you have a case. Otherwise you’re lawyer wouldn’t have sent you to therapy. Lawyers are in it to make money. If there wasn’t a case he wouldn’t even waste his time on you. They will have to pay for your medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering. Now the pain and suffering depends on how serious the accident was.
